In life, the two words "I'm sorry" are spoken when we make a mistake and need forgiveness from others, and of course, this is not a happy thing. But in this movie, saying sorry is very normal; it can create a feeling of pleasure for both the one who made the mistake and the one to whom the apology is directed. Aoyama is such a person; she is lucky to work for a company with a "laid-back" boss, where whenever she makes a mistake at work, she just needs to "apologize" and follow her boss's instructions without fearing reprimand or being fired. Perhaps her job at this company, which is also the title of the movie, is to apologize for hire.
