Penelope Kay was delivered food, but when she went outside to get it, her front door closed behind her. It seemed that the battery had died on her keyless lock and she had to call someone from the security company at her home to come by and take care of it for her. The worst part was that she stepped out in her underwear and felt a bit chilly. Fortunately, the security guy gave her his jacket to keep her warm.
