Yoga and meditation expert Steve Holmes runs an engaging and exciting workshop for his willing students, and when he catches a glimpse of the newcomer Brooklyn Grey, he is eager to get started with her. However, Brooklyn needs a little coaxing to achieve the open state necessary to appreciate Steve's methods.
